Had a great ride today doing my “Sunday Ton” .. I didn’t get out until 6.45 am as I was going to be out a tad earlier, but hey ho… I went over Hope mountain , then the “Steps” … “Worlds End” , the “HorseShoe Pass” and then down the Nant-y-Garth into Ruthin and back ove the “Shelf” and then via Cilcain, Rhosesmor and through the Wirral Lanes after Connahs Quay and home .. A total of 103 miles with 7,000 feet of climbing and 17. something MPH … Really enjoyed it as I went out yesterday and felt really tired, but was good today.
I had to put up with a rising wind all day which became quite a strong headwind towards the end, but that was good for the legs too…Here’s the Garmin Trace … http://connect.garmin.com/activity/342261590
BY THE WAY, IF ANYONE OF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO TALK ABOUT ANYTHING SPECIFIC ON THE NEWS PAGE … PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I’LL DO MY BEST TO HELP, OR WHATEVER ??!!
