Sunday Ride: 21 July 2013

I was going to try to get up very early this morning and go over the Bwlch-y-Groes, but the weather has changed here and it was overcast .. So I went out just before 7 am and ad-libbed a bit .. Went to Northop, over the Rhosesmor Climb, then Moel Arthur and the Shelf … Strated to go over the Shoe and it was drizzling , so I went down the Nat-y-Garth and into Ruthin, yhen over the Bwlch and turned back on myself over the top and descended the Pen Barrass and through the valley again to reclimb Moel Arthutr the HARD side and then over through Moel y Crio and back home through the Lanes .. Still got my 100 miles in with 7,000 feet of climbing and pretty slow and over 16, but it WAS windy !!
This is the Garmin …

Here’s another pic of me on my Fondriest TF Zero for you too ….

I think I sent my athletes a very , very interesting piece on POSITIONS this week and I’m sure it will help them a lot .. You too can be a part of this knowledge .. Join the “Dave Lloyd Gang” TODAY !!
