Just got back at 2 am this morning from my Training Camp in Tenerife organised by Polka Dot Holidays .. What CAN I Say . It was absolutely brilliant for me as my athletes were just head and shoulders above the rest of the guys there.. SORRY, but it is just a fact .. Jo Watts is climbing and descending like the great athlete she is. Joe McVey was an animal on the climbs and a monster on the descents .. James Rix has never climbed so well in all his riding career, along with James Lindsay ( who is just so damned strong and a lovely guy) and Ian Sedge was head and shoulders above his form last year at the Camp.. A REAL tryer and all round nice guy ..
It was just such an amazing BUZZ for me as these guys have worked their asses off to get where they are and if proof were needed that my coaching works.. that week realy says it all …
