Another Great Sunday Ton : 22nd June 2014

I had another brilliant ride on Sunday. I was up early and rode over the Wirral Lanes to the bike path to Connahs Quay and then over Northop, Rhosesmor, down to the Mold-Denbigh Road and left over the Moel Arthur and a very rapid bumpy descent to the valley road to The Shelf , and instead of going over the back of the Shoe, I hammered it down the Nant-y-Garth and then a little detour at the bottom to take in the roads the North End Mountain Time Trial used to go to avoid Ruthin Centre which brought back some memories I can tell you ! Then through Ruthin, up the Bwlch, then taking a left through Cilcain and instead of going straight back over the Moel-y-Crio I turned left on the Mold-Denbigh road to the turn for Lixwm, and straight through to the climb to the Quarry and a sharp right through to Rhes-y-Cae and back down to Northop and a super descent to Connahs Quay and home through the Wirral lanes .. GREAT RIDE … As you can see here….
