CHARLIE GOODWAY HAS BEEN TRAINING IN FAR FROM IDEAL CONDITIONS IN HONG KONG AND IS ON A COURSE OF ANTIBIOTICS... HE IS BACK FOR THE NATIONAL 10 THIS WEEK END AND HAS JUST PRODUCED TWO UNBELIEVABLE RIDES THIS WEEK !!
On Tuesday Charlie rode the Hull City 10 and produced a fantastic 20'07" for a magnificent 6th place , eclipsing such stars as Derek Parkinson !! .... after a long haul flight and on antibiotics...WOWEEE!!
On Thursday he went even better on his Club Course to produce a PB for the course with a 17 second improvement to record a super fast 21'20" to take the win by 1 minute 21 seconds.. FANTASTIC WORK CHARLIE... LOOKING GOOD FOR SUNDAY !!
Matt Howitt did a stormer on the Poole Triangle last night to become one of the VERY few to beat 18 minutes on the course.. It was a big PB for Matt who has come back to top form with ridivulous speed.. GREAT EFFORT MATT.. GREAT ATTITUDE TOO !!
