Chris and I just knew this house sale was going too well. We drove down to Storrington yesterday to see the builder about altering a few things and our bloody house buyer pulled out of the sale THE DAY BEFORE CONTRACT EXCHANGE !!!!!!!! He had messed us about so much it was unreal, demanding the day contacts should be exchanged and then changing his mind.. He thenwanted us to COMPLERTE on ther 30th, and we managd to get that put back to the 7th .. Still a huge rush, bearing in mind Chris has a 92 year old mother to relocate too...
POOR OLD CHRIS.. I so feel for her, as she was so excited about this house ... As was I , I have to say !!
Anyway, we had just had a coffee in a lovely local cafe and had met ( completely by chance) the owner of South Downs Bikes in there.. he was so welcoming and had so many ideas throwing at us, we were just over the moon after just seeing the house again and so on, and our Solicitor phoned to tell us the news... WE ARE GUTTED .... COMPLETELY EMPTY OF EMOTION .... We just came straight home as we were due to saty in a local hotel who were going to organise Training Weekends for me ... That was another 11 hours driving in one day and a sleepless night last night...
So we have to start all over again... TOTALLY DEVASTATED I HAVE TO SAY ..... Now I understand just how awful and stressful this thing can be .. Chris is speeechless , and I am just at my wits end with all of it ..... I could kill the bastard, but what can you do ???????
