I had never trained properly in cycling terms despite winning a few local events and doing quite well at the sport. I wondered if I got some coaching advice, what could I achieve?

After finding Dave’s website and doing a bit of research I decided to give him a call.I met Dave and did some tests with him. I wasn’t a great athlete then but Dave told me he could give me massive improvements if I followed his guidance... He was right!

After one winter with Dave I have been scoring P.B.’s in time trials consistently and winning Scottish Championship medals on the road and track.

I know I can trust what Dave is telling me as he has ‘been there and done that’ in pretty much every aspect of competitive cycling. He has given me the confidence to try new things, ride more aggressively in races and improve over and over again. I have developed from just riding Time Trials to Road Racing and Track and Dave has been instrumental in equipping me with the fitness and strength to do that.

With Dave I have developed into a serious contender in bigger races, to win them I normally just ask myself – ‘What would Dave do?
