After a brief absence from regular competitive cycling, I started the race season as a 3rd category rider, and with Dave as my coach and mentor, I successfully achieved my season goal and now hold a 1st category licence. To date I have totalled 281 points in road races and now plan to be competitive on the track during the winter months.
Dave is always there to offer inspirational advice. His training plans are individualised and tailored to the athlete. His knowledge about cycling is vast and his methods are tried and tested. If you want to achieve your maximum potential then I highly recommend Dave Lloyd.
