Jim approached Dave in the winter of last year and is definately the "most improved athlete" of the 2008 season.
Jim has worked very hard this year and is a fantastic athlete to work with. He just gets on with the job and his feed back is superb. He had never won a road race before this year and he has won some high class races in 2008..
Jim has also set huge PB's in time trials over 10 and 25 miles and is certainly hoping for even better things for 2009.
If Jim carries on this winter as he did last year, 2009 could see him achieving some amazing results... CAN'T WAIT !
