Really cold and wet for this race. The Chequers used to be a Pro Classic and this year I forced the break early in the race and there was a really tricky finish ... It was uphill and then two quick right and left 90 degree bends to finish.
I knew the first one into the last corner would be the winner, so I attacked on the hill last time up, got a small gap and held off team mate Billy Bilsland to the line for the win ... I won the Pernod Trophy this year as "Best Pro of the Year".
