With Dave Lloyd as your coach you can rest assured that you are getting the real deal. This man will leave no stone unturned in ensuring he gets the best out of you, and for you. His enthusiasm is second to none and he also is always looking after your best interests.
When I first started with Dave his initial assessment of me was very thorough, He analysed every detail no matter how small and constructed the ideal plan for my needs. Three months down the line and I had shed 16kgs in weight and was really flying recording p.b’s at all distances. Then disaster struck, my son was taken very poorly and was in hospital for 9 months! This is when I truly saw the other side to this remarkable man. Every step of the way through this difficult time Dave was there for me, looking out for my best interests and helping me keep my chin up off the floor, in truth, he, as promised was always there not just for me but the rest of my family as well if we needed him.
All in all with Dave you don’t just get a coach and a motivator you get a true, genuine friend. And with thanks to Dave, I am now looking forward to continuing from where I left off.
